Director
Wayne Davis is a highly experienced solicitor and debt collector with a wealth of knowledge in debt collection, enforcement law, and insolvency. He is the legal practice director at Stonegate Legal, a well-respected law firm known for providing exceptional debt recovery services to clients. Wayne is also the director of Advance Debt Collection, and oversees the debt collection team.
With a number of years’ experience in the legal and debt collection industries, Wayne has developed a reputation for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client-focused approach. He has represented clients in a wide range of legal, debt recovery, and enforcement matters, including debt collection, enforcement warrants, statutory demands / liquidation, and bankruptcy notices / creditor’s petitions.
In addition to his legal work, Wayne is actively involved in his local community and has volunteered his time and expertise to various organisations. He is a dedicated professional who is committed to helping his clients achieve the best possible outcomes in their debt collection and legal matters.
About Stacey
Stacey currently manages our debt collection portfolio and joined our team in February 2022. Stacey has over 20 years’ experience in legal debt recovery having extensive knowledge of the legal processes Australia wide and specializing in Claims, Default Judgments, enforcement action and bankruptcy.
Stacey has spent a large portion of her career as a senior paralegal, and she was responsible for the performance and management of a team of paralegals and an administration department for many years.
Stacey spent most of her tenure with one of Brisbane’s largest debt collection companies where she managed large portfolios of debt for councils, schools, government departments, insurance companies along with purchased debt from various banks, utilities, and other credit providers. Stacey is dedicated, knowledgeable and focused on providing her clients the best service possible.
